Drivers

As mentioned above… people do now and then make mistakes.
You are not going to go anywhere without taking little risks, and somehow surviving them.
The passenger may feel a need to make “driving” suggestions, but these need to couch in a helpful manner, rather than an outright directive (otherwise know as back-seat bitching).

If… God forbid…. You have one of those bound-to-happen-sometime-in-your-life experiences where something in the motor compartment goes clunk, clanks, and kapowie… know that most often it really is not the driver’s fault. You too need to accept the responsibility of going a mile too far. Do not ask stupid questions as to how long the delay, how severe the problem, before the diagnosis is in. One of the “house warming “ presents we gave each other was to supply Bobby with her own tool set. All I have to say to her is grab a wrench, girl, and this result is, at the least, a usually fairly accurate analysis of the problem.

Want a bottom line? All roadside breakdowns can be cured by the application of money. You job as a team, together, is to see how little money this will take.
