What constitutes a 'good' view?
From the swiveling front seat of Charlie HorseI could gaze out to a horizon of mountains (this country is called the Basin and Range for a very good reason) a good twenty miles east.
North and south, we guessed another 30 miles each.
This brought about an unfinished discussion of how many square miles of Nevada real estate we were looking out upon. As the sun descended, the shadows playing across the land, the importance of how many. faded.

The wallpaper visible out the undraped windows of our bedroom was even more spectacular. Laying there, sipping an evening glass of wine, an hors doeuvere of brie and a strawberry on a butter cracker, watching a hawk searching for an evening meal, we caught the glimpse of the occasional motor home on the highway, headed for yet another park within walking distance of the casinos.
